Whereas the Service Provider is the owner of Portal named ONTIME SEVA, its web based platform. ONTIME SEVA provides user with access to a various services includes Holiday, Insurance and Documentation on single platform.

1. Welcome to our portal. If you continue to browse and use this portal you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern ONTIME SEVA relationship with you in relation to this website.

Whenever new user for our Portal Site required to register or open an account and provide us information on our Site, you agree to : (a) provide true accurate, current and complete information and (b) maintain and promptly update such information to keep it true, if you provide any information that is, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the information is, untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, ONTIME SEVA may without notice suspend or terminate your access to our Portal Site and refuse any and all current or future use of our Portal. • Subject to the terms herein, for the full prompt, satisfactory performance of this Agreement by the Agent Partner’s, during the Term of this Agreement, ONTIME and Agent Partner’s agree to the below commercials:-
• Commissions shall be configured after deducting the applicable GST and cess, as applicable from time to time. The deducted amount would be credited to the Agent Partner’s account when the GST invoices are submitted to ONTIME on a monthly basis.
• Commission for certain service will differ from the base rates agreed herein and Agent Partner’s would be informed of such differential commission, from time to time.
